    PROM NIGHT 2006 [29 Nov 06]

    Prom night finally came and went so quickly. actually i thought i quite enjoyed myself. hmms. i took loads of pictures. 102 pictures. i didn't know my finger could snap the shutter for so many times! lol.

    Preparation for prom was quite smooth, except for some setbacks. luckily i turned out quite well. i didn't look too scary or over-doing my stuffs. not like some ppl who really looked like vampires. my hair was quite puffy! haha. was painting my nails in the morning and afternoon. around 5 my sis started on my makeup.

    Foundation. blusher. eye shadow base. eye shadow. eye liner. more eye shadow. lip gloss. perfume. glitter powder. mascara. more eye shadow. more lip gloss.

    Yup and that was about it. haha. meohwa reached my house when i was putting on my makeup. haha. for a few times, i looked into the mirror and got shocked. i kept telling everyone that i looked like a ghost and my sis said that i could be ghost for one day only. haha.

    So finally when everything was done, we left to fetch felicia and wanying. we made our way down to MARINA MANDARIN hotel. yes. and we were actually on time. but we thought others would be later, so we went to the toilet first. haha. to touch up. my sis was like our makeup artiste. ya. and it took us alot alot of time. till we missed mrs pang's speech. lol.

    The ballroom was small? haha. maybe a smaller ballroom for a smaller group? yes. and we were assigned to table 8. i was looking all around for him tho. haha. but i couldnt see anythg clearly. finally i gave up. lol. i only saw him when the asked those prom king nominees to go up. yup. and i saw. (:

    Everyone played the first table game. it was quite fun. we had to look for 10 things. at first when the emcee announced the things we were suppose to find, i was kinda not hopeful at all. cos there were many things we didn't have. so our table worked tgt and got everythg. fel, dyna, eugene and i went up the stage to hand our things over. finally our table won! cos many tables didn't qualify. yay! and we for a cup each! haha!

    The prom queens and kings nominees did some catwalk thingy and we cheered on the ms india, ms indonesia and ms china. haha. they were really funny! and seductive! tho they were guys dressed up as girls! haha.

    And the announcement of the prom king and queen. Nafeesa and Shakir. haha. yes! they had what it takes to be one. but we were hoping for afiq to win. anyway, shakir also can. hehs. and if i'm not wrong, it was dancing time!

    Went down to the dance floor for a while and finally i evacuated myself and wanying to the washroom. wah! the music was really blasting into my ears and my eardrums really hurt. so in the end we decided to stay outside and take picures.

    I came out of the toilet with wanying and siti. both of them left and i was alone when jelly came. i requested for a photo to be taken with him. and we took! :) yup and he asked me to send him the pic, whereby i said no jokingly. hahas.

    Took loads and loads of pictures as everyone started escaping from that noisy ballroom. i practically took pictures with everyone i saw. haha. yes. i thought everyone looked beautiful. except for some. :D

    Finally the dancing came to an end and everyone went inside to collect their things when the lights came on. and i took pics with him again. kenn and junhao were trying to act as statues so people could go take pictures with them. lol. yeps and many people did. haha. i saw him holding a white balloon and realised that i forgot to take one.

    So i went to grab one white one which huiling claimed was sarah's. so i walked away disappointed. BUT!! all of a sudden, mr goh appeared out of nowhere and gave me a white balloon! omg! i was so elated when he passed it to me. but i'm not sure if the one he took was sarah's. any case, i took it home. ((:

    Yay! and we took a little bit more pictures and left. cos my father was already waiting for us. yups. i was so tired. rather exhausted. went to bathe. messaged jk. looked at the pictures captured in the camera. watch a little of james bond's movie while i waited for my hair to dry and went to sleep around 02.30 am. i woke up around 06.30 am the next day with a terrible headache. sth like hangover, tho i didn't drink. haha.
