    F1- SingaporeGP
    Monday, September 29, 2008

F1's moving off from Singapore to Japan and China. No more Singapore Grand Prix till next season. And I hope dad will mean what he say about us all going to watch it the next time. I wish I could do that, something different apart from helping out at this BIG BIG event!

Ahaha! I can't help but smile when I held the ING Renault flag after the race yesterday. Fernando Alonso's win was such a sweet revenge from the Q2 in which his engine failed him. It was just such a waste and everyone's hopes just fell. Nonetheless, he managed to pull it off and there, he won it!

The three days were very demanding on all ushers' feet. But it was still a wonderful experience with me standing so extremely close to the track compared to others. Since I had such close encounters with the speeding cars, I had no choice but to wear ear plugs for the rest of the race because for the whole 90mins of the first prac I did not have them on due to the never ending crowd and I had aching ears and arms in the end.

Lots of photos taken after the race and none during the race, only one ultra short video. Gonna steal baby's awesome videos! I want to keep as much memories as possible by being involved in the world's first night race. Made many good friends during this short event, but somehow we were still able to bond and had countless topics to talk about. I'm happy to have such a great team to work with! Let's just forget all the minor unhappy encounters. (:

Photos after the race just so much fun! Holding up Renault's flag, supporting race's cars and not forgetting walking on the track that the cars flew past minutes before. All captured in my camera! Home with baby by my side last night. So fun with camwhoring all through the ride home!

Anyway, I watched the race that mom recorded for me on TV this afternoon. Seriously, you need to be there at the race to feel the atmosphere and excitement, if not it'll just be boring..

Actually, I'd never thought much about fast cars and racing. I don't know why but the excitement in me hasn't died down yet and I think it'll stay on for a few more days still. Really an eye-opener and new new new experience for me. I like racing now. Haha!

    Also, I love F1 under lights. ♥
    And Ferrari's freaking beautiful..

I want to watch Formula 1- SingaporeGP next season as a spectator!

Do well in your advance test tomorrow alright!
    I love you!

    clique chalet
    Saturday, September 20, 2008

Had chalet from Sunday till Tuesday with Baby, Fysh and Me reaching first. Since the rest weren't there yet we decided to forget them and went ahead with Escape Themepark. I will never want to go back there again, full of bad memories, especially the go-kart and my virgin ride on the viking which I almost died. The log flume was far better (:

We got back to shower and went to Tampines Sports Hall to catch our lil bro, Rayner's floorball match and also to fetch him back to the chalet. Haha, I sound like some mom. Anyways, we met Xavier on the way back and off we went to buy the tickets for Bangkok Dangerous to which Fysh didn't join in. So movie at 11.45pm and ended 1plus. Got back to the chalet, played the joker game where we kept cheating and off to bed for the two guys while Baby played Fysh's psp and I watched Survivor Gabon..

Fysh came back in the morning, and Rayner left for work. Anyhow, the four of us went for Klunch. Met Amanda after that and went for cycling. Haha, and took the only 2 pictures there, where all 5 of us squeezes into this small cube thingy at the playground. I felt so like a child playing with them (: We got back and play cards and I won 4times in a row. Woo!

Shower shower, watch some tv and out again for dinner. We talked about alot of things for many many hours, and waited for Rayner. Back to the chalet again and played joker and other card games while watching tv. Lights off, but we continued tv-ing and talking about love life and stuffs. Such a pity we didn't put colgate on the one who slept first. And why no reward for the one who slept the latest. I was clearly the one who slept latest cause I was having indigestion and had to share bed with baby. So guilty that I kept shaking him up to tell him I couldn't sleep :(

Left the chalet and back to baby's house for 2hrs nap before bussing to the ubi driving center for his enrolment of practical lessons. I wasn't feeling right all the time, didn't even finish the hot milo baby bought for me at bedok. :( He sent me home and I was still feeling bad.

    * will upload that two pictures soon!

    F1 training tomorrow! I can't wait.

"And she finally stopped playing their song, when she realized she was dancing alone."

Monday and Tuesday was much loves! Spent all time with baby and I'm totally happy about it.
Thanks deary! Oh, & we caught mignight Wall-E at E-hub.

And was off to uncle's clinic together with baby yesterday. And that was when the results came. I was quite disapointed initially, but come to think of it, I actually did well to my own standards. So I'm happy (:

Then trained to Bugis to pray. I find the both of us very cute. All around in the temple were elderly and 30-40 somethings and in the midst, there were us. Had lunch at 3.30 at Seafood Harvest. Not bad, but I think they melted the ice cream.

Before hitting the sack, it was hell for me.
The aftermath of loneliness and hurt still linger.

Anyways, thinking of working at The Body Shop. Well, I guess I should go down to fill up the form & try my luck tomorrow after meeting up with Fel, Mh and Wy for brunch.

Just had a short convo with baby from his break from work.
I don't feel good at all.

    things-to-do

"Let us be grateful to people who make us happy, they are the charming gardeners who make our souls blossom." -Marcel Proust

Swimming in the morning which lasted for only 1hr and off to shower before escorting the two fat princes up for their turn to shower. We looked thru pictures from my past and baby saw my toddler and child sides. They were adorable and funny. Not forgetting the one to which I sat in my brother's pram when I was already around 7 years old. Big baby.

As I stupidly left my ez-link card at home, I had a free bus ride to cwp. It was just funny and coincidental, thus the slip-away I chanced upon. Not much luck with the trip back though, I had to pay freaking $1.10 for such a short ride.

Anyways, Seoul Garden-ed with the two boys again.
Baby's 1st and Brother's 2nd. And so we ate and ate till out table appeared so disastrous compared to the one beside us. For some reason or another, boys just have the tendency and desire to mess up the place even more. I pity the staff who cleaned up after us.

It was quite yummy with the sister-invented friednoodles and self-made icekachang with loads of ingredients. Sweet and colourful! We rested out butts there for a whole 2hrs&30mins. You can imagine the amount of food consumed.

Home-ed for 881 movie with baby. I don't know why. Is it that boring that he keeps feigning asleep when I look at him? I find it quite nice actually.

    & I'm stuck with my things-to-do list,
it stares back at me everyday..

    love, vannie. (11:27 PM)
